Muffin wire fox terrier cross

We would like to present the amazing Muffin!   Another stray dumped on the streets of Spain – he came clsoe to ending his days in a perrera – but we stepped in and he is now safe in the UK.  This boy is ready for life!  He is one of the happiest dogs we have ever met – his tail never stops wagging.  He loves people and is desperate for attention and to be part of his own family.

He is a bigger fox terrier type cross – wirey fur – and just a doll.  He is very energetic and will need a home that is ready to channel that energy into training /activites/ exercise.

He is a young boy – no mean bone in his body – likes dogs/people – he is currently in Norfolk – we are getting updates on behaviour and getting him into new situations – but he just wants to be out and doing things.  We call him Meerkat Muffin – because if he sees something in the distance – he stands on his hind legs to get a better look!

He is young, neutered, fully vaccinated – and ready to bounce into your arms!  Due to his size and exuberance – no young children, and only an active family prepared to give him the training he needs.

Pancho Villa

Hola! They called me Pancho Villa, after a famous Mexican revolutionary, but I was saved by Superman. Let me explain. Terrier SOS had been told about a wire fox terrier in Spain found abandoned living near a petrol station.  Volunteers pulled him to safety, and ask Terrier SOS to take him on, and they knew about another terrier who had been languishing in kennels and asked if Terrier SOS could take him too.  They agreed.  I was that other terrier. That wire fox terrier was named Clark Kent, so you see, I was saved by Superman, and by the fact that Terrier SOS try so hard to find solutions.

After living with 20 other dogs in Spanish foster and getting along with everyone, I was finally able to go onto the next stage of my journey – to come to the UK and find a loving family.

So here are my details: I am about 2, friendly with everyone I meet (even cats, cats!), I like playing mouthy play, cuddling next to you, burrowing my nose against you, I am housetrained (clever me as I have probably never lived in a proper house), can walk very nicely on the lead, I almost do sit – I would probably enjoy training classes to learn new things as I am to eager to learn and eager to please.

Vaccinated, neutered & chipped.  Year of birth: 2012

weight: just under 10 kilos

coat: white & tan

Children: age 10 +

Hello my name is Coco, I am approximately 18 months.  I am a death row dog pulled from the perrera and saved by the kind Spanish volunteers. I arrived in the UK last month with a skin condition and underweight, I have now been put back to health and I can now be officially adopted.  This is what the foster says about me:

“This is our Coco – also known as Cocoloco, Coconut, Cookie – he arrived in the UK a little bit worse for wear – but he has had a lot of tlc and is on the road to a full recovery. His skin has improved, he has gained weight and is a sweet little boy slowly coming out of his shell. Coco is approx 4 years old – and proving to be a wonderful boy. He loves to cuddle and be with you – his idea of heaven is curled up in your lap getting a cuddle. He is dog friendly – but would be best with a calm bigger dog – Bosso is his pal and he often sits up against him. He loves to play ball – and football is his favourite sport. He is learning to walk on the mean streets of London – he is still scared of traffic and any loud noises – but with time and patience he will get use to them. He loves going for car rides and basically being with you – and is a soft, sweet lovely boy. A real favourite of visiting family – if you would like to make him part of your family – please download the questionnaire below & get in touch – we look forward to hearing from you!”

Duke

Duke3 Duke2 Duke1

This is the handsome Duke (Duque) – he is a terrier cross – the people at Propatas asked if we could help – he had been left on his own on a finca. His owner no longer wanted him and had left him on that piece of land – he was going to bring him to the perrera – where he would have died. We were asked to step in and give this poor boy a chance at a proper life. He was in a complete state – frightened, thin , matted, dirty – and Linda Edwards got him groomed and fed and she is helping him settle.

Duke is young – born in 2012 – he was very wary of dogs – at first. Now he is fine with the calm females – and is ok with the males but introductions will need to be managed. He loves people and wants to be with them – despite all the abuse and neglect – he is ready and willing to love again. Can you be that person?

Duke has spent too long in kennels – all our fosters have male dogs – and we are looking for a foster home or adoptive home that is dog free or has a calm female.

Duke has his bags packed and is ready to travel – neutered, microchipped, passport, vaccinations, negative for Leish – all he needs now is a home to call his own.

Vaccinated, neutered & chipped.  Year of birth: 2012

coat: mainly white

Children: age 10 +
